Ella gets "scared" a lot these days. Lately, she chooses to watch a particular Elmo movie and there is one part she gets scared of. She'll say "Ella scared, Ella scared." You save her and then it's "Elmo scared, Elmo scared" so you go save Mommy Elmo (that would be Tickle Me Elmo, baby Elmo is her smaller stuffed Elmo).
Tonight, it was no different. We were all at the kitchen table and she was watching her little DVD player. That scary part came up and she jumped up in her chair saying "Ella scared." I told Daddy to hurry and save her since he was closest. He picks her up and she says "Elmo scared" so I grab Mommy Elmo who was also watching the movie as she stood on the table. Brian held Ella, I hugged Elmo and then she goes "Binky scared" so Brian grabs her binky off the table and plops it in her mouth. Everyone was no longer scared and the world was a better place.
