Rocks & Ants

When we got home on the 4th, it was so nice outside that we hung out outdoors (while Brian changed his flat tire:(). Oh, and get this...I noticed that one of my side fenders was missing on my car. So ghetto! I swear someone removed it as there is no way that thing fell off on its own. So off to the car shop it will go.

Anyway, Ella walked around filling her bike with rocks and then lying on the ground checking out ants.

Our 4th of July Weekend

On Friday, we headed 3 hours East to Lake Chelan. Think low 80's, warm, no humidity, a pristine lake, lots of swimming...you get the drift. IT WAS NICE. Can I go back tomorrow? I've been back here 2 days and am already ready to get the heck out of here! Thank goodness for the iPhone camera or we wouldn't have many pictures:)

 Fireworks on the 2nd. So glad they did these on Saturday as we weren't trekking to the  fireworks madhouse in Seattle on the 4th.

 She wanted me to take her picture then didn't look up. Typical.

 You could jump straight off the side into the water and boats would pull right up to the complex to park and hang out
