Sick Monkey

Doodle bug has been sick. She was up most of Saturday night and on Sunday, started getting this awful, croopy cough. I stayed home with her today and made her a little pallet on the floor so that I could get some work done and she could sleep:)

She also laughed at Otis when he was locked outside...

Christmas Pic Sneak Peek

It took me 3 takes to get a few good pictures of Ella Grace for this year's Christmas card. I'm not revealing the one we chose but below is a sneak peek of some of the others taken.

Is she not perfect?!! Like a little, porcelain doll:)

It has been very cold here but gorgeous. The ideal picture was to be of her outside with the water and snow-capped mountains in the background. Did I mention it was like 35 outside? As soon as I took off her coat she immediately froze. No smiles, no looks at the camera, and after 10 minutes and onlookers stopping to talk (I was so annoyed), we bundled back up and went home. Definitely no Christmas card pics there but below are a few I took.

Look how chubby this poor child's feet are! Unfortunately, Gran, she won't be able to wear these again - or any shoes for a while for that matter. Poor baby! I hope the shoes I want to get her in Memphis come in size extra wide!
